From basic maintenance to critical repairs and performance upgrades, we work on every part of your sled to keep it running strong all Winter.
- Engine & Cylinder Work – Includes compression diagnostics, top-end repairs, and full engine service for 2-stroke and 4-stroke models.
- Clutch & Drivetrain – Clutch disassembly, cleaning, spring or weight replacement, and torsion spring adjustments.
- Track & Suspension – Lug patching, track tear repairs, shock rebuilds, E6000 track fixes, and torsion spring replacement.
- Electrical Systems – Troubleshooting and repair of stators, MPEMs, choke levers, lighting circuits, and switchgear.
- Cooling & Fuel Systems – Service includes water pump seal replacement, heat exchanger repair, fuel tank inspections, and neck resealing.
- Body & Frame – Tunnel straightening, belly pan repair, bulkhead fixes, hood patches, and windshield replacement.
- Seat & Trim – Seat foam replacement, cover repairs, and use of OEM or aftermarket seat repair tape where appropriate.

From electrical issues like choke lever replacements, to cooling system work on Polaris models, we’re familiar with the common trouble spots and how to fix them. Snowmobile FAQs
Do you work on all snowmobile brands?
We sure do! Polaris, Ski-Doo, Yamaha – you name it. If you’ve got an older sled, give us a call – we can usually take it on if parts are still available. We also service snow plows!
Can you fix damage from a rollover or hard impact?
Yes. We repair tunnels, bulkheads, belly pans, hoods, and other structural components. We’ll assess the damage and let you know what’s repairable and what needs replacement.
Do you replace or patch snowmobile tracks?
We offer track lug repair, track tear patching, and full track replacements depending on the condition of the damage. We also work with E6000-based repairs when appropriate.
My sled won’t start - can you diagnose it?
Definitely. No-starts can come from electrical, fuel, or engine issues. We run a full diagnostic to identify the cause, including compression tests, spark checks, and electrical system inspection.
Do I need to bring parts, or can you source them?
We’re happy to source OEM or aftermarket parts for most repairs, but if you already have a part you want us to install, bring it in – we’ll take a look and make sure it’s a good fit for the job.
