How Do I know if my UTV/ATV needs an axle repair?
If you’re hearing clicking noises when turning, feeling vibrations while riding, or noticing grease around the wheels, it’s likely time for an axle inspection. These symptoms often point to a torn CV boot or a worn-out joint – both common signs your UTV or ATV axle needs repair.
What’s the benefit of upgrading my stock axle?
Factory axles aren’t always built to handle bigger tires, lifts, or aggressive riding. Upgraded axles for ATVs and UTVs offer stronger materials, higher articulation angles, and better durability – especially for riders who push their machines to the limit.
Can Epic Motorsports replace just the CV boot, or does the whole axle need to be swapped?
Totally. We offer both CV boot replacements and full axle replacements. If the joint is still in good shape, replacing the boot can save you money. If it’s too far gone, we’ll recommend a full axle upgrade to avoid future issues.
Do you offer heavy-duty axle options for lifted UTVs and ATVs?
Yes. We stock and install high-angle and heavy-duty axle upgrades designed specifically for lifted and modified setups. These are ideal for riders running larger tires, high-clearance arms, or custom suspensions.
How often should I inspect or service my axles?
